grieve + breathe

12:30 - 6:00 PM
The Source Chiropractic, Berkeley
Grieve + Breathe welcomes you to join a meaningful exploration of grief together in community. A journey that aims to make grief a more approachable and recognized aspect of life, acknowledging it as an expression of love.
Our gatherings welcome everyone regardless of the nature of your grief - be it loss through death, relationships, miscarriage, or a profound sense of sorrow for the Earth and humanity.
We engage in open-hearted Council discussions, fostering compassionate listening and speaking from our hearts. Through the transformative practice of Breathwork, you can unlock stored emotions and traumas held in your body. Closing with a relaxing sound healing to calm your nervous system.

POC Jam Mission Statement
The POC Jam will provide a much-needed space for existing and future POC dancers to be centered within the larger CI community. Additionally, we hope the jam will support the evolution of the BayArea CI community into a more diverse, inclusive and equitable space. Our hopes and guiding intentions for the jam are as follows:
To create a safer/braver space for POC within the historically and predominantly white CI community.
To create a more accessible entry point into CI for POC who have yet to be introduced to the form.
To provide quality and beginner friendly CI training for existing and new POC dancers.
To serve as a bridge for new POC dancers wishing to join the larger CI community.
